The Helix Sweep Auger is designed for cracking material bridging in silos. It is ideally applied to unloading tasks for materials such as Brazil soybeans, fly ash and other prone-bridging materials. The equipment is designed based on the original track-type sweep auger: an additional auxiliary spiral auger is added behind the main spiral auger. It is a patented product independently developed by Hongrui Technology. The main motor of the equipment is arranged outside the silo, and does not come into contact with the materials and dust in the silo. The revolution is driven by air motor, so that there is no electrical equipment in the silo, completely eliminating the safety hazards of electrical dust explosion and meeting the explosion-proof requirements of zone 20 in China. The Helix Sweep Auger can realize automatic unmanned sweep. It is mainly aimed to solve the problems in the clearance operation of Brazil soybeans, frozen arch on the corn, and the collapse of materials in the long-term silo storage which prevent traditional sweeping equipment to start. With the emergency auxiliary spiral shaft at the back of the revolution, the equipment can realize the load starting in the case of serious burial. Under extreme working conditions, after the helical auger is buried, the material behind the tank can be effectively cleared to ensure the backward function of the equipment, indirectly reducing the starting load of the main winch and realizing the automatic equipment restart. The Helix Sweep Auger is an efficient, fast, and safe sweeping equipment. It is widely used in ports, grain and oil plants, and other places that require bulk materials sweeping.
