Introduction
YLW/YGW series organic heat carrier furnaces are assembled forced circulation chain grate/fixed grate boilers. The boiler is composed of an upper body and a lower grate, combined on site.
The radiant heating surface of the boiler body adopts a single furnace or close-packed double-sided coils, and the back is a serpentine convection heat exchanger. The air preheater is arranged at the end of the boiler.
The Fixed Grate Organic Heat Carrier Boiler has a compact structure, a small area, a high degree of assembly, and a short installation period.

Performance Advantage
1. Energy-efficient
The radiation heat exchange section adopts a double-closed coil structure, the convection heat exchange section S-type multi-pass heat exchange, and the tail part is equipped with waste heat recovery.
A waste heat furnace and an air preheater are arranged at the end of the boiler to absorb heat, reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and improve the thermal efficiency of the product.
2. Safe and reliable
The heat exchange surface of the furnace adopts double close-packed coiled tubes, and the heating surface is arranged adequately, which effectively reduces the heat load on the surface of the tube, and the use of the heat transfer oil medium is safer.
Boiler operation adopts remote and near-ground multi-parameter monitoring, with complete automatic control and detection instruments.
3. Environmental protection
The convective heat exchange section at the tail adopts a special structure and is equipped with a soot blowing device, so that it does not accumulate soot during operation and has high heat exchange efficiency.
