About the installation method of Dovetail without teeth Pre-buried Channel

1. Confirm the product model to be used.

2, try to use standard length embedded parts. If cutting is required under special circumstances, the embedded part shall be cut to the required length, and the cutting point shall be 25mm away from the edge anchor.

3. Use nails to fix the embedded parts on the template through the positioning holes on the embedded parts, or fix the embedded parts on the positioning steel mesh, or use T-bolts to fix on the steel template with pre-drilled holes.

4. Formwork, pouring concrete. After the concrete curing period is over, disassemble the formwork.

5. Quickly pull the entire filling and sealing strip out of the notch.

6. Fix the components that need to be fixed on the embedded part.

Bolt installation method for Dovetail without teeth Pre-buried Channel

1. Select the corresponding bolt model according to the embedded part model.

2. The bolt head is inserted into the rail groove along the slotting direction and then rotated 90° clockwise, the T-bolt head is stuck in the groove.

3. Adjust the position of the bolts in the groove. Note that no bolts are allowed to be placed within 25mm from the edge of the embedded part.

4. Fixed anchor plate (or connector).

5. Fix the nut according to the torque requirements, and ensure that after the installation is completed, the "slot" at the end of the T-bolt screw should be perpendicular to the direction of the channel.
